Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 20, 2026
This policy applies to the Care Rights Navigator iOS app.
The short version: Care Rights Navigator collects no data. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, and no tracking. Everything you enter stays on your device, and the app's AI runs entirely on your device.
Who we are
Care Rights Navigator is made by MntraAI LLC, a California company. This policy describes how the Care Rights Navigator iOS app handles information. Contact us any time at [email protected].
Data we collect
None. The app has no account system and no server of ours to send data to. We do not collect, receive, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. The app contains no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting software.
Where your information lives
Cases, notices, documents, evidence, and preparation notes you add are stored only in the app's local storage on your iPhone. They are not uploaded to MntraAIor anyone else. If your device is backed up with iCloud device backup, your data may be included in that backup under Apple's terms and your iCloud settings — that backup belongs to you and is not accessible to us.
On-device AI
The app's analysis and preparation features use Apple's on-device foundation models. Processing happens on your iPhone; the content you analyze is not sent to MntraAI or to any third-party AI service.
Subscriptions and payments
Optional subscriptions (Guide, Pro, and the 90-Day Pass) are purchased through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment and manages billing under Apple's privacy policy. We do not receive your name, payment details, or Apple ID — only anonymous, aggregate sales reporting from Apple.
Deleting your information
You are in full control:
- In the app: Settings → Delete All My Data permanently erases everything you've added.
- Deleting the app from your device removes all of its local data.
Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
Children's privacy
Care Rights Navigator is intended for adults — parents and caregivers — and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
MntraAI LLC does not collect, sell, or share personal information as defined by California law, so there is no personal information for us to disclose, delete, or opt you out of. If you have questions about your rights, contact [email protected].
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices ever change — for example, if a future version adds optional cloud sync — we will update this policy before that change takes effect and note the new effective date at the top of this page.
